The Huvila Festival Tent is a spectacular venue in terms of architectural beauty and festival atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Helsinki by a beautiful bay, the Huvila Festival Tent has undeniably become the symbol of the Helsinki Festival since it was built in 1995. The Tent is divided into two parts, a Restaurant Tent and a fully covered Concert Tent with a total capacity of 1200-1400.

The programme ranges  from world music and jazz to rock and pop, representing artists from Finland and all over the globe. 1995-2007: Amadou & Mariam, Patti Smith, Ojos de Brujo, Natacha Atlas, Eva Dahlgren, Gotan Project, Taj Mahal, Paula Morelenbaum, Mercan Dede, Michel Legrand, Cesaria Evora, Courtney Pine, Papa Wemba, Carlinhos Brown, Khaled, Madredeus, Radio Tarifa, Mariza, Kimmo Pohjonen, Jane Birkin, Orchestra Baobab, Amparanoia,  Massive Attack, Goran Bregovic Wedding and Funeral Band, Patricia Kaas, Bo Kaspers Orkester, Omar Sosa Quintet, Radiohead, Susana Baca, Zap Mama... among others.
